KPK Govt Allocates High Funds to Education Sector

PESHAWAR –Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) led provincial government of Khyber Paktunkhwa (KPK) has allocated a huge amount of fund for education sector in 2015-16, fiscal year budget on Sunday.

According to sources, the government of KPK has allocated a fund of 108 billion for primary and secondary level education sector in 2015-16, fiscal year budget.

The higher education budget has been increased from 13 billion to 15 billion in the budget of 2015-16, fiscal year.

Sources said that government was also thinking to increase primary and secondary education budget with an addition of 15 billion rupees.
