ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court of Pakistan restores the MNA of Pakistan Tehreek-Insaf, Rai Hassan Nawaz.
According to the sources, the MNA was de-notified on not submitting the report of assets disclosure.
The election tribunal had de-seated the MNA who was elected from NA-152 of Chicha Watni and had ordered re-elections within 60 days of period.
A 3-member panel headed by Justice Saqib Nisar heard the plea. The bench declared the decision of election tribunal as null and void, and issued orders for the restoration of Rai Hassan.
