Federal Ministers Attend KPK Meeting

PESHAWAR – The Chief Minister of KPK, Pervaiz Khattak, chairs meeting for the presentation of recommendations to avoid provincial deprivations.

According to the sources, the federal ministers also attend the meeting. Defence Minister Khwaja Asif and Petroleum Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi attend the meeting to address the concerns.

CM KPK presented the demands pertaining to selective treatment of the province.

It is decided that the province would join hands with the central government in operation against electricity stealing.

The meeting also decides to take the issue of provincial royalty and that of outstanding payments to the Common Interest Council.

The federal ministers agreed to prevent the non-scheduled electricity load-shedding in KPK.
