PESHAWAR – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) cricket team has delayed his official tour to Afghanistan, on Tuesday, due to the selection in the upcoming tour of Pakistan team to Srilanka.
The tour was supposed to be started from May 28, but due to the upcoming international tour of Team Pakistan to Srilanka, Afghanistan tour of KPK team has been delayed.
Test cricket Younus Khan was the captain of the KPK team with Yasir Hamid as the Vice Captain of KPK team.
Syed Mahmud, the engineer, was also supposed to go with team as a D-Mission to the Afghanistan.

The tour was comprised of three One Day Internationals (ODI’s), three T20’s and two four day matches.
It was supposed to be the landmark tour to Afghanistan by the provincial team including renowned cricketers of time.
Players of good cadre in company with international cricketers of Pakistan were to go and play in the Afghan soil in official tour.
Former test cricketer of Pakistan, Wajahat-Ullah Wasti was the coach of the team, with Akhtar Sarfraz as assistant coach.

Asim Khan was the team manager in the tour while Gulzada Khan was leaving with team as an official.

First T20 on May 29
Second T20 on May 30
Third T20 on May 31
First ODI on June 02
Second ODI on June 04
Third ODI on June 05
First Four Days Match on June 07
Second Four Days Match on June 12

But tour has been delayed due to upcoming tour of Pakistan Team to Srilanka.
Team officials and Manager did not give the new date and schedule of tour as yet.
