KARACHI – The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Axact, Shoaib Sheikh, has reached Sindh High Court to take security guarantee under safety bailment on Monday.
According to sources Shoaib Sheikh has filed the application to take security guarantee from the Sindh High Court.
The application has filed in anticipation that he, Shoaib Sheikh, would be arrested for his fake degree’s scam throughout the world.
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has been probing the scam with all their spirit and energy, and IT specialists of FIA have managed to de-code main server of Axact.

To the surprise of FIA, they found data of more than forty two thousand students applied for degrees in the Axact.
Further, they also found the data of more than 60 fake universities of whom they are selling diplomas throughout the world.
Shoaib Sheikh has said in one of his interviews to local media that he will provide all the assistance and help to FIA to conduct investigation.
In the early morning, on Monday, he has reached Sindh High Court to submit application to get away from any anticipated arrest.
