Sugar Causes Heart Diseases

NEWYORK – The research conducted by one of the American Research Journal revealed that excessive use of sugar in beverages can cause cardiovascular diseases.

According to American experts, six spoon sugars for a woman and nine spoons sugar for a man, per day is enough.

It is important to mention here that another study revealed that excessive use of sugar even can cause fatal heart problem.

By taking a cinnamon roll with your morning coffee, a super-sized sugary soda at lunch and a scoop of ice-cream after dinner you can develop a highest risk of heart problem, study revealed.

Further description was that, for most American adults, sodas and other sugary drinks are the main source of added sugar.
