Police Officer Fell Victim Of Modi’s Selfdom

NEW DELHI – Police officer was suspended by the State government of India under the charge of wearing black glasses while receiving Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

According to sources, Narendra Modi visited the Naxal affected area of Bastar, state of India, last week.

On the arrival of Modi, district magistrate Amit Atariya received and greets him, while to protect his eyes from harsh mid-day sun, collector was wearing shades.

His mistake was that he shook hand with Prime Minister wearing the glasses, not bothered to remove while shaking hand with him.

Because of this act, state government issued warning notice to the collector that he has violated the Section 3 (1) of the All India Services (Conduct) Rules, 1968.

The stance of state government is that Collector did not follow the protocol and did not show “integrity and devotion” towards duty.

According to local media reports, Modi shook hand with collector who was wearing blue and white striped shirt and glasses and asked, “Mr. Dabbang Collector, how are you?”

Reporters said that Modi’s remark has initiated a new debate on the dress code of IAS officers on VVIP duty.
