Energy Drinks Are Fatal For Both Teeth And Heart

NEWYORK – Use of energy drinks is very common these days, specifically in teenagers, but these drinks set teens vulnerable to deadly diseases.

This fact has been proclaimed by a medical research conducted in Spain.

In a Canadian journal, Journal of Cardiology a research has been published in a journal, according to which taking even 1 small can of energy can induce the risk of heart attack in the person.

Further findings of the research are that large amount of caffeine in these drinks can become the cause of the sudden heart attack or erratic heartbeat in youngsters.

Researchers say that energy drinks not only contain the ‘labelled’ caffeine but also comprise masked caffeine in the form of guarana, which is a plant having double concentration of coffee beans.

They further maintain that energy drinks contain caffeine more than it is anticipated by the consumer and a 250 milligram can is safe for youngsters but it should not be consumed before or after sports.

They further say that caffeine in energy drinks brings changes in heart beat due to which the consumer becomes prone to potential fatal heart rhythm problems.

They are of the view that its excessive use inflicts implicates detrimentally.
