KARACHI: Karachi police Chief Ghulam Qadir Thebo said they will welcome Zimbabwe Cricket team and assured to provide full proof security to the visitors on Karachi visit.
According to him he has never refused to provide security to Zimbabwe Cricket team who are scheduled to arrive in Pakistan on May 19.
Earlier reports published on various websites that Karachi police chief has refused to provide security to Zimbabwe team that’s why Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) reduced the tour to Lahore.
It is pertinent to mention here that several cricketers were upset with PCB’s decision to reduce the international cricket to Lahore only.
