MUMBAI – Indian Court upholds all the charges against Actor Salman Khan and declares him convict on Wednesday.
All the charges against Salman Khan have been proved in the court, and he is declared guilty of killing one person with injuring four.
He was accused of drunk driving in 2002 where he drove the car to the people sitting on the footpath.
The Indian court issued the statement that Salman was not in his senses while driving during that night, even he did not have his driving license.
The accident claimed the life of one with four people injured in the accident, the incident happened on September 28, 2002.
According to the media sources, penalty for him to be announced tomorrow, while many were captured saying that he may be penalized for 10 years in jail.
In case he was given sentence of three years, then he would be allowed to request bail for his crime.
India Session High Court declared him convict on Wednesday after all the allegations found to be testified in hit and run case filed against Salman in 2002.
