ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister has sent a summary to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to postpone Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) death row convict Saulat Mirza’s executions for 90 days.
According to details, the decision was made following Saulat’s video emerged in which he pointed serious allegations of MQM chief Altaf Hussain and on other leaders of the party.
During this time period, government planned for complete investigations of the Sautal Mirza’s allegations.
It is pertinent to mention here that Saulat’s execution had been postponed for 79 hours following his video emerged on private TV channel which opened the Pandora box.
He was scheduled to be hanged on 19th of March but now he is scheduled to be executed on March 24.
