ISLAMABAD: Opposition parties PPP, MQM, ANP and PML-Q have jointly nominated Raza Rabbani for Senate chairmanship, TheNewsTribe.com reported on Monday.
According to details, following the discussion at Bilawal House Islamabad, Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Awami National Party (ANP) and Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid-e-Azam (PML-Q) jointly announced to support Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Senator Raza Rabbani for Senate chairmanship elections.
On this occasion Raza Rabbani thanked all the parties for nominating him for the Senate chairman election.
However, the deputy chairman of senate will be form Baluchistan.
