KARACHI: Two more criminals were executed in Karachi Central Jail with heavy security arrangements outside the prison, local media reported on Tuesday.
According to reports, on the occasion of execution the road leading to the jail was also blocked as part of the security arrangements.
Both Azam and Attaullah, belonging to a banned terrorist organisation, were involved in killing of Dr Ali Raza in Soldier Bazaar area in 2001.
Pakistan continues to send death row prisoners to gallows after the Peshawar school carnage which prompted the government to lift moratorium on the capital punishment.
