ISLAMABAD: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Tahir Mashhadi said on Friday that he was not been given the opportunity to debate on Karachi situation in Senate, adding that all Mohajirs and their families are at risk in Karachi.
Talking to media outside parliament, Tahir Mashhadi said that police is earning millions on human souls and killed our 36 workers during police custody. We took bodies outside CM House, but no one came to us. Protesting is our basic and democratic right.
Nasreen Jalil said that action must be taken according to law. Taliban and ISIS are spreading across the country and no one took any measure against them. She said that security agencies were targeting MQM only.
MQM leaders said that operation has been continued in Karachi for the last one year but Law Enforcement Agencies could not control target killing and extortion, while police says that it arrested 14 thousand suspects, but there is no such record of them.
