ISLAMABAD: Pakistan legendary cricketer Imran Khan has revealed that how Green-shirts able to win the final of World Cup 1992.
Skipper of 1992 World Cup Champion side Imran Khan giving an interview to Indian channel said that following semifinal victory over New Zealand he had suggested 1992 team manager Intikhab Alam to provide sleeping pills the players so they can complete their sleep.
Imran further said that the reason behind giving sleeping pills was that players can relax and complete their sleep and participate in the final will full concentration.
However, it is not confirmed that team manager implemented on Imran’s suggestion or not but the end result came in shape of World Cup 1992 victory.
But on the other hand Pakistan players unable to sleep due to rumours of ghost in their hotel room.
