Maria revealed in her twitter message that she has resigned from the channel.

She further said farewell from her colleagues. She also added in the tweet that she has joined Geo News 7 Years ago as a Junior Reporter from Karachi News Bureau and became mainstream anchor in very short time period.

Maria Memon was hosting a show named Meray Mutabiq along with famous and well known Analysts like Hassan Nisar and Sohail Waraich, who express their opinion on the current issues.
Maria Memon was not the only renowned personality who quits Geo News but there are number of mainstream Journalists like Kamran Khan, Azhar Abbas, Faysal Aziz Khan, Iftikhar Ahmad and Mansoor Ali Khan.
All of them joined an upcoming news channel Bol but Maria Memon not mentioned the channel name which she will join in future.
