ISLAMABAD: Government has decided to make Mushahid Ullah as Chairman of Benazir Income Support Program (BISP), Geo News reported from sources.
The report said that the government has decided to appoint Mushahid Ullah as chairman of the BISP.
Earlier in the day the government has made Mushahid Ullah as a Federal Minister and later President of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain on advice of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif approved his appointment as a Federal Minister.
 The BISP chairman post is equivalent to Federal Minister, the government declared.
The government on Monday had  decide to make Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Senator Mushahaidullah Khan as federal minister.
Mushahid, who is also central Information Secretary of the party, is a senior leader of PML-N and member of Upper House of the Parliament.
Prime Minister Nawaz Shairf on Monday sent a summary to President of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain advising him to appoint Mushahidullah Khan as federal minister.
