ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan’s top military official, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif, on Friday clarified that establishment of special courts was not demanded by the military.
General Raheel Sharif told national leadership that the establishment of special courts led by military officers was actually need of the unusual time and situation.
While addressing All Parties Conference (APC) in Islamabad being chaired by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, General Raheel Sharif said that the decisions of national leadership would define futuristic path of the nation.
He said that the country at the stance was standing at sensitive end in war against terrorism and there was a need of extra-ordinary decision to produce guideline for nation’s future.
The military head said that Pakistan would never ever think to lose anti-terrorism war.
