KPK Police launches one click SOS service

PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police have launched a ‘one-click’ SOS alert service for the sensitive and vulnerable institutions including all schools in Peshawar.

According to reports , the click will sent the signal to the 10 closest police stations and also show the type of the institution, number of students and easiest and closest route to the institute.

KPK police is taking all necessary steps to contain security incidents in the province.


The service is initially being provided to all the schools and educational institutions of Peshawar.

For the process registrations are also started in order to complete the data and make the schools save.

The step is taken following the terrorists attack on army public school where 145 people had embraced martyrdom including 134 children.
