Selfie craze shamefully continues amid Sydney siege terror

SYDNEY: Extremely disgraceful moments were seen at Sydney siege site after exhibition of ‘Selfies Craze’ that apparently messaged that self photographs are prior than an individual’s feelings for humanity and human crisis.

People including foreign and locals found uploading selfies amid horrific incident where a gunmen held dozens of hostages inside a chocolate cafe, UK media reported on Monday.

They tried to be as close as possible on the incident’s site to take a Selfie and racing up to upload it on social platforms primarily on Twitter and Instragram.

One amongst them captured photos with television cameras in the background to make it ‘authentic enough’ while some were taking ‘celebration selfie’ than one at a hostage siege.

The thoughtless ‘Selfie’ activity opened new debates and created a huge backlash on social media against the selfie craze promoted intentionally or unintentionally by such persons standing near Sydney siege spot.

However, the coward Sydney hostage crisis ended up with several casualties after an intense police operation at Lindt chocolate cafe which reportedly killed the hostage taker gunman.
