PTI lock-down claims three lives in Lahore: claims Salman Rafiq

LAHORE: Advisor to Chief Minister Punjab Khwaja Salman Rafiq on Monday claimed  that three people including two minors died due to the lock-down of the provincial capital by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), as they could not be shifted to hospital due to roadblock by the PTI workers.

Rafiq told private TV channels that a 15-years old boy,  who was being shifted to hospital , died for want of medical treatment, when the ambulance stuck up at Shahdarak due to PTI protest.

In another incident, a 17-day old baby girl, Sidrah Riaz,  also died as he could not be shifted to hospital in time. He said that Sidrah was being brought to Children Hospital, but the ambulance was stopped by PTI workers that caused her death.
