‘Pervaz Khattak has secretly been meeting with Chaudhry Nisar to save KP govt’

ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Thursday claimed that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister Pervez Khattak had been meeting with him in a bid to save his provincial government.

Talking to reporters, Nisar said: “On one hand, Pervez Khattak has been secretly meeting with him at Punjab House, wherein he has been pealing to save KP government while on the other hand he has been leveling serious allegations atop from the shipping container at D-Chowk on him and other ministers.”

He said that he had the record of Khattak’s meetings and could provide it to Imran Khan if he wish.

Nisar said that revolution could not be brought through hypocrisy.

He said that though  serious and unfounded allegations were continuously  being levelled by PTI leaders, the government had decided to resume dialogue with PTI to end the ongoing political crisis.
