KARACHI: At least one person killed while other four sustained severe injuries when “a bomber on motorcylce collided and exploded a passenger three-wheeler ‘Rickshaw'” near Korangi Crossing area of Karachi.
Police said that a Rapid Response Force truck with 15 personnel on board was targeted via remote control bomb explosion near Korangi Crossing area.
Police personnel escaped the attack safely, however, the bomber collided and exploded a three-wheeler vehicle which killed at least one person and seven injured including a woman and child.
The deceased person was identified as Habibullah but it is not mentioned whether he was the attacker or a citizen.
The blast smashed glasses of near by buildings, eye witnesses of the blast said.
