Xperia Z2 have 16 GB built-in storage which is expendable up to 128 GB via microSD card.

3 Google Nexus 9:

The Nexus 9, flagship  from Google debut last month. It joins the elite with a 64-bit NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor clocked at 2.3GHz, paired with 192-core Kepler graphics and 2GB of RAM for a fast and fluid performance. Other specs include 16GB or 32GB of internal storage capacity, an 8-megapixel rear camera with an f/2.4 lens, a 1.6-megapixel front shooter, optional LTE, NFC, and Google’s new Android 5.0 Lollipop rocking the software side.

4 Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2:

The powerhouse from Samsung, The Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 was launched in the beginning of the year, Unsurprisingly the Note Pro 12.2 isn’t a small tablet, so it’s not something you’ll be carry around with you every day. This is the first tablet that packed an octa-core (yes, eight!) processor, 3GB of RAM and Android 4.4 KitKat. The sheer size of the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 will put many off, but the appeal of an expansive, 2560 x 1600 12.2-inch display.

5 Google Nexus 7 (2013):

The Google Nexus 7 was launched in 2013 but still managing to enter top 5 with its popularity.  The device has a 7 inch screen, it is powered by a Quad Core processor clocked at 1.5 GHz and 2 GB of RAM. The device also have a 5 megapixel rare and 1.2 megapixels front cameras with 16 and 32 GB of storage capacities.
