KABUL: A suicide blast killed a senior officer near police headquarter in Afghanistan’s capital Kabul on Sunday morning, November 9.
Interior Ministry Spokesman Sediq Sediqqi said that the explosion happened at police chief’s office at about 9am.
The compound is in one of the most heavily fortified areas of the Afghan capital and also houses the office of the Kabul provincial governor and the Appeals Court.
