DUBAI: International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the nominees of LG ICC Awards including ICC Test team of the year as well as ODI team of the year, TheNewsTribe.com reported on Wednesday.
The names of the award winning players will be declared on November 14.
None of the Pakistan player manage to enter the short list of the awards. ICC also named the ICC Test and ODI teams in which Mohammad Hafeez only Pakistani player managed a spot in ICC ODI team.
ICC Test Team of the Year: Warner, Williamson, Sangakkara, De Villiers (WC), Root, (Skipper) Mathews, Johnson, Broad, Steyn, Herath, Southee, Ross Taylor (12th man).
ICC ODI Team of the Year: Hafeez, De Kock, Kohli, Bailey, De Villiers, (Skipper) Dhoni, Bravo, Faulkner, Steyn, Shami, Mendis, (12th man) Sharma.

The short-list for the Test cricketer of the year is Mitchell Johnson, Angelo Mathews, Kumar Sangakkara and David Warner
The short-list for the ODI Cricketer of the year is Quinton De Kock, AB De Villiers, MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli and Dale Steyn, the short-list for the T20 international performance of the Year is Aaron Finch, Alex Hales & Rangana Herath.
The short-list for the Women’s T20 Cricketer of the Year is Charlotte Edwards, Meg Lanning, Mithali Raj, & Stephanie Taylor. The Short-list for the Women’s ODI Cricketer of the year is Charlotte Edwards, Mithali Raj, Sarah Taylor & Stephanie Taylor.
Short-list for the ICC Associate & Affiliate Cricketer is Calum MacLeod, Preston Mommsen, Mohammad Nabi & Samiullah Shenwari. The short-list for the ICC Emerging Cricket of the Year is Corey Anderson, Gary Ballance, Jimmy Neesham & Ben Stokes.
