PM congratulates Misbah for knocking fastest 50, 100

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has congratulated Pakistan team skipper Misbah-ul-Haq for knocking the fastest ever fifty, and leveling the record of former West Indian captain Sir Viv Ricahrds’ fastest century in Test cricket.

Nawaz Sharif, who is also the patron-in-chief of the Pakistan Cricket Board, said in a statement that he hoped the cricket team would continue to win.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Sardar Mehtab Ahmad Khan also praised Misbah-ul-Haq and gave best wishes for the cricket team.
