MQM leaders limit their activities to 90 owing to lack of security

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leaders have limited their activities to the party headquarters 90 in wake of security threats from banned outfits including  Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).

The MQM leaders had earlier demanded security from Sindh  as well as federal governments due to the reported threats from Taliban.

According to MQM, despite live threats to its leaders, the Sindh and federal governments did not provide security to them.

The MQM leaders, who faces security threats, include Hyder Abbas Rizvi, Baber Ghouri, Farooq Sattar and Khalid Maqbool Siddique.
