Middle order batsman Samuels and skipper Ramdin made 165 runs long partnership for fourth-wicket.
Samuels knocked 126 runs century off 116 balls following four sixes and 11 boundaries while Ramdin scored 61 runs off 59 balss following two sixes and five boundaries.
West Indies made 41 runs losing three wickets in last five overs game.
Right-hand pacer Muhammad Shami took four wickets giving 66 runs in his nine overs.
