Political crisis to increase if PTI resignations accepted: Siraj ul Haq

ISLAMABAD: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) chief Siraj-ul-Haq on Tuesday made a telephonic contact with National Assembly (NA) speaker Ayaz Sadiq over resignations matter of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders.

According to TheNewsTribe reports, Siraj appealed Sadiq not to accept resignation of PTI’s members.

Siraj said that the crisis would be more increased if the resignations accepted.

Earlier, Ayaz Sadiq has summoned Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Asad Umar, Ali Muhammad Khan, Dr Arif Alvi, Dr Shereen Mazari and Manaza Hassan in the speaker’s chamber at 11am on Thursday to confirm their resignations.
