ISLAMABAD: Session court in Islamabad has ordered to register a F.I.R against Prime Minister, Defense Minister, Interior Minister and Minster for Railways over murder of Pakistan Awami Tehreek activists in police action carried out on August 31 night.
According to the details, the Islamabad session court Judge Raja Javeed Abass heard the PAT petition over police action which killed three of its activists on August 31.
The Judge in its verdict ordered Islamabad police to register a F.I.R against PM Nawaz Sharif, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar, Defense Minister Khwaja Asif and Railway Minister Khwaja Saad Rafique.
