‘PTI, PAT protestors will return in three days’

KARACHI: Federal railway minister, Khawaja Saad Rafique, has claimed that Islamabad protestors will be returned to their homes along with their anti-government slogans in next three days.


The federal railway minister released the statement while talking to a local news channel, Express News, on Wednesday.

Khawaja Saad Rafique said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) protestors had vacated the Parliament House after orders of military troops.

He further claimed that Pakistan Secretariat will also be vacated by the protestors till tomorrow while the federal government will make its maximum effort not to decide for police action again.

Rafique detailed that it is not a difficult task to clear all spots in Islamabad as ‘protestors are only up to 2500 to 3000’. He added that Pakistan government is not in favour of power usage against protestors but in second situation; all preparations are completed by the higher authorities.
