14 people killed during heavy rain in Lahore

LAHORE: Heavy rain started on Wednesday night in Lahore in which at least 14 people killed and several injured in different areas of city, Express News reported.

Two women and a baby including four persons were killed as house roof collapse because of rain in Chah Miran.

Rescue teams shifted the six died people to Khawaja Kot Saeed hospital in Chah Miran.

According to reports, 155 millimeter of rain was recorded in Lahore.

Rain is also going on in Faisalabad, Sialkot and federal capital Islamabad.

Many areas of Lahore including Gulberg, Samanabad, Gulshan Ravi, Lakshmi Chowk and some others cities drowned in rain.
