After two officers refusal Govt designates SSP operation Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad police has given charge of SSP operation Islamaabd to present SSP traffic Islamabad Ismat Ullah Juejo, Interior Ministry has issued notification for the appointment.

The Charge has been given after earlier SSP operation Muhammad Ali Nekokara refused to carry out operation against the protesters and he has taken leave.

Later the designation was awarded to SSP captain Ilyas but he also did not accept the charge.

At last charge has been given to SSP Ismat Ullah Junejo. He has been given additional charge of SSP operations.

It is expected that crack down will be continue on today night against the protesters.

It is pertinent to mention here that in SSP Muhammad Ali in his letter to Interior Minister has shown his reservation that crackdown could be more dangerous than Model Town incident.
