ISLAMABAD: A three-member delegation of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has forwarded ‘special message’ of Imran Khan to the protesting ally, Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Tahirul Qadri.
PTI delegation comprising of senior leaders including vice chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Pervez Khattak and Asad Umar held an important meeting with Tahirul Qadri.
The meeting was commenced in the Qadri’s container parked at the protesting spot in Islamabad, where PAT workers were seen prepared to follow any call from their chief.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the PTI delegation held meeting with Tahirul Qadri to forward an important message from Imran Khan.
He said that the three-member delegation sent on directions of Imran Khan after consultation meeting of PTI core-committee.
Qureshi hinted that PTI, PAT could adopt joint strategy to move forwards their protests in Islamabad.
It should be mentioned here that PAT and PTI chiefs had announced to unveil their next strategy of the ongoing sit-ins.
