ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PAT) Imran Khan on Thursday approved Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif’s offer to provide 24 hours in order to find out a peaceful solution of ongoing political crisis.
Imran Khan, while addressing the PAT workers lodging sit-ins in Islamabad, said that ‘Army Chief sent a message to play as mediator between Pakistan government and protestors.’
PTI chief said that the Army Chief sought 24 hours from the protesting parties in order to present formula to counter all difference amongst Pakistani government, PTI and PAT.
He further said, he will make a special announcement in case of failure of dialogue, as well as invited PTI workers and citizens once again to join his March tomorrow.
Khan said that he will make further announcements in case of an expected agreement with Pakistan government on guarantee of the Army Chief.
