LONDON: England on Sunday lead by 338 runs in first innings against India in 5th test day 3 played at Kennington Oval.

England in reply to India’s 148 runs in first innings scored 486 runs. Joe Root once again played a brilliant unbeaten knock of 149 runs while skipper played brilliantly for his 76 runs to guide English team to have 338 runs lead over world champions.

Ishant Sharma took 4 wickets for Indian side.
