PTI’s protest valid on 14 August, says Siraj-ul-Haq

PESHAWAR: Jamat-e-Islami chief Siraj-ul-Haq on Sunday said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s protest was permissible on the eve of 14 August but we didn’t accept the resignation’s issue from assembly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Haq said that Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) should be independent with any pressure in the country.

“There is not a this type of condition that we dissolve the assembly in KPK and if PTI takes withdraw from government so this is will of,” Haq said.

“PTI didn’t consultation with JI for attending in long march on 14th August,” Haq said.
