Islamabad: Advocate Hashmat Habib has filed the contempt of court petition against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan in Supreme Court by requesting Islamabad Bar President.
In the petition, Imran Khan gibed the former Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry and court in his statements.
In addition, Khan’s behavior and statements as like assault on independent judiciary because he consecutively gibed to the High Court in his speeches and interviews.
