West Indies levels series to beat New Zealand in 2nd Test

TRINIDAD: West Indies has leveled the three match series with 1-1 to beat New Zealand in the second Test by 10 wickets at Queen’s Park Oval.

West Indies received the little 93 runs target from New Zealand side in the last day of second Test which opener player Chris Gayle finished the game with his 84 runs.

Gayle played very aggressive style in the last day and hit splendid six sixes and seven fours for the team victory.

However, the three Test match series have been leveled with 1-1 victory. Kiwi won first Test by 186 runs and Caribbean team won second Test by 10 wickets.

1st innings: New Zealand made 221 runs, Tom Latham scored 82

1st innings: West Indies made 460 runs and gave 239 lead, Kraigg Brathwaite knocked 129

2nd innings: New Zealand made 331 runs and provided 93 runs target, Mark Craig scored 67

2nd innings: West Indies chased 93 runs target by 10 wickets, Chris Gayle scored 80 runs
