KARACHI: Karachi will remain open today, Governor Sindh Dr. Ishrat Ebad told media. Meanwhile, MQM chief, Altaf Hussain called MQM Rabita Commiittee and his daughter, Afza Hussain.
In his ten minute conversation with Rabita Committee, MQM chief Altaf Hussain said he has been facing problems throughout his life. Even this time, he will face with all determination.
While speaking to media, Dr Ishrat informed that Prime Minister Pakistan Nawaz Sharif and Interior Minister are in touch with British authorities to resolve the issue.
Reading his message to the gathering of his followers, Governor Sindh Ishrat Ebad said, these ‘dharnas’ will carry on until MQM activists listen to their leader. However, he called off the appeal to shut down the city and other urban areas of Sindh.
