ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Pakistan’s National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) chief Imtiaz Tajwar informed media on Thursday that the issue of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chairman Altaf Hussain’s NICOP is almost solved.
Speaking to press about the issue that saw MQM protesting on streets and terming delay in its issue as ‘discriminatory’ attitude towards their chief, NADRA chairman said that the matter is solved and soon NADRA team will visit Altaf Hussain’s residence in London to attain required information.
Meanwhile MQM senator Tahir Mashhadi has confirmed that Altaf Hussain has received assurance of getting his NICOP/Passport soon.
