ISLAMABAD: Chief of Jamiat Ulmae-Islam (F) Molana Fazal ur Rehman has said that media should suggest its code of conduct by itself.
The JUI F chief was talking to media outside parliament house.
He said Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) should talk to media channels about their limitations and code of conduct.
Apology is acceptable but there must be a mechanism to control the irresponsible content on the media as some TV channels aired obscene and vulgar programs, he added.
