MIRANSHAH: Two tribal groups fight over land dispute results killing of at least 6 persons and injuring 2 in a gun battle occurred in the Pakistan’s North Waziristan Agency (NWA), local media reported.
The incident took place in Lowara Mandi area situated in the Dattakhel tehsil of the agency near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.
Sources said that the death toll may rise due to an armed clash between the two tribal groups over a piece of land, Dawn News reported.
It should be mentioned that the fight occurred in the banned militant outfit Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) held area.
