KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) will conduct the hearing of former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf’s request to eliminate his name out of the Exit Control List (ECL) on Wednesday.
His lawyer Barrister Farog Naseem filed a formal request on Monday.
In his application, he maintained the stance that no court has ever banned Pervez Musharraf to go abroad.
Musharraf’s name was put on ECL for a year but no reasons were given until today.
