Karachi: The Sindh government on Thursday announced a public holiday on April 4, across the province on account of the 35th death anniversary of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) founder and leader, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.
A notification issued said that all offices working under the provincial government along with courts and educational institutions would remain closed on Friday.
Waqar Mehdi, the spokeman of the Chief Minister Qaim Ali said the arrangements for observing the death anniversary has been finalised.
The programme will start on Friday morning with a Quran Khwani in Garhi Khuda Bux.
