Islamabad: Member of National Assembly Jamshed Dasti has refused to appear before the parliamentary committee, media reported.
He has demanded for a neutral judicial investigation. Speaker of National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has stopped Dasti from speaking in the assembly and asked him to submit all his allegations, in a written form, against members of the parliament rather than wasting time of whole national assembly.
Special parliamentary committee has been formulated to probe into Dasti’s allegations. The first meeting was held under the supervision of Sheikh Rohail Asghar but Dasti did not show up at the meeting.
He was criticised for his behavior from the committee members and has been directed to report on 11 of March with all the proof of his allegations.
