Islamabad: Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar on Friday has said that around 878 people have been killed in 1017 terror activities happened in last six months.
Speaking in the National Assembly the minister said that out of 878, 646 were civilians whereas 232 were security personnel.
He further said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) remained the most affected part of the country as 327 incidents of terrorism took place there.
Balochistan remained on the second number in the list as 266 terror activities happened in the province.
Likewise 222 incidents happened in FATA, 155 in Sindh, 39 in Punjab and three in the capital during last six months.
