WELLINGTON: New Zealand skipper Brendon McCullum would become the first Kiwi batsman after accomplishing his triple-hundred in the second Test against India in Wellington.
Besides, McCullum saved his team after losing match scoring 281 runs not out by one innings against Blue Shirts.
In first innings, Kiwi’s players lost its all wickets in total 192 runs, in which only Kane Williamson scored 47 runs.
While, Indian batsmen moved back in their performance and scored 438 runs all out, in which Indian skipper MS. Dhoni included his 68 runs and Ajinkya Rahanec made marvelous 118 runs.
In second innings, New Zealand team lost its five wickets in just 94 runs, but skipper McCullum and BJ Watling set outstanding 352 runs partnership against Indian bowler.
Watling lost its six wicket after made his 124 runs, while McCullum made 281 runs so far giving his splendid performance in second Test at Basin reserve.
