ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Monday has dismissed the proposal of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Taliban (TTP) regarding to include PTI chairman Imran Khan in a committee to initiate dialogue with the government.
PTI core committee meeting held in country’s capital Islamabad in the chair of Imran Khan.
PTI spokesperson Shireen Mazari informed media regarding the party decision and said that the decision has been taken with the complete consensus of the party.
She said that the PTI was thankful to the TTP Pakistan for given respect to PTI chairman by included him in its committee.
She said that Imran Khan wanted a successful dialogue between the government and the Taliban to maintain peace in the country
Mazari said that Imran Khan order PTI-led government in KPK to give complete support whenever it will be needed.
She said that the PTI representative Rustam Shah Mohmand already a part of government committee who follows the party discipline and policy.
